We ask our guests not to smoke inside, please.
We encourage a minimum two night stay as our one night stay
guests have left Rotorua with a feeling of frustration because they have
missed seeing so much. |

Quality linen, thirsty towels, refrigerator, microwave, magazines,
television, log fire and ensuite bathroom. Glass sliding doors
open to a garden and private deck. Own entrance and off street
parking. Separate from main living areas.
Up to two young children can also be accommodated in this room.
Toiletries, tea, coffee and milk supplied (no charge) Spacious room with a
log fire that provides warmth and a special ambience on cold, wet ,winter
