Travelling South Turn left just past the Gondola into Kawaha Point Road. Turn right into Koutu Street at T. Take Tiwha Street on left and turn right onto Haumoana Street. Ferntree Cottage is on the corner of Tatai & Haumoana Streets.
Leaving Rotorua & going North, take Lake Road past the hospital on left. Veer right at the traffic lights. just before over-bridge turn right onto Bennett's Road. Continue until Bennett's Road becomes Koutu Road. Turn right into Karenga Street left into Haumoana Street. Tatai Street is next on right.
